I love photography, I love taking picture of everything and everyone, catching emotions, events and situations. Its my passion.
Since I purchase my first 35 mm SLR camera back in 1995, I have been experimenting my techniques, creativity and subject to a point where knowing how and when to take that perfect shot become second nature . I have learned about several techniques, lighting conditions, setting up photo shoot, working with subject. I have developed an eye that allows me to see things in a different angle to achieve the result I want.
I decided to officially launch my wedding photography services in January 2008. Weddings are one in a lifetime opportunities, a one shot deal, and unlike any services offered for any normal day, you cannot restart the work, or hire someone else, if you are not satisfied. This is why I worked for the whole wedding season 2008 with a professional photographer. Even if my creativity and my technical skill where very advanced, I still needed to gain experience with a descent amount of events to be comfortable enough with the client I worked with, with the crowd, and with all the situation a wedding throws your way.
By the end of 2008, I was taking simple contract on my own and the demand grew exponentially, my creativity became more evident and my confident was gaining.
Since then, I have successfully completed many weddings, ranging from wedding in the winter, to low light wedding, to multicultural wedding, wedding in the rain and even out of town wedding (Toronto, Montreal, Perth, Petawawa). The 2010 wedding season is starting in May, and before it even start, I am booked at 95%. At this point I am mainly taking reservation for 2011.
My style is a combination of formal and photojournalistic. I am very charismatic and I am on a mission to capture everyone’s real smile and joy.... without saying ‘’cheese’’.
So please, visit my portfolio and contact me if you have questions, or if you want to see more of my latest photos.
